Homemade Child Porn Video Found by Wife on Husband's Phone: Petition

A Plainfield man’s wife found a video on his phone of him engaging in oral sex with a child, according to a petition filed in Will County court.

The wife turned the video over to the Will County Sheriff’s Department and her husband, 46-year-old Timothy Lane, was charged with two counts of child pornography.

Lane, who worked as a cabdriver, according to court papers, was booked into the county jail Saturday night. His bail was set at $1 million.

Lane’s wife found the video at the end of October, according to court papers.
