Plainfield School Board: Incumbents Win, Newcomer Snags A Spot
Four candidates faced off for three open seats.
PLAINFIELD, IL — Four candidates — including two incumbents — faced off for three open spots on the District 202 Board of Education on Tuesday. With unofficial vote tallies in, incumbents Kevin Kirberg, the current board vice president, and Heather Drake are projected to keep their spots. Newcomer Joette Doyle also is projected to win a spot on the board.
Plainfield District 202 candidates (all precincts in Will and Kendall counties reporting):
- Les Miller - 2,747
- Joette Doyle - 3,424
- Incumbent Heather Drake - 4,028
- Incumbent Kevin Kirberg - 3,120
