The investigation started in mid-August when police found street racing videos posted to YouTube. In one video, a vehicle caught fire, while others showed children and teenagers riding alongside the accused street racers.
Police said the investigation remains active, and asked anyone with information on the case to contact the Plainfield Police Department at 815-436-6544.
