Reckless Conduct, Property Damage: Plainfield Arrests

Lucretia L. Daniels, 28, of the 14000 block of South Wallace, Riverdale, was arrested Aug. 12 at the Plainfield Police Department on a charge of retail theft.

Jeremiah Cooper-Young, 18, of the 200 block of Oakridge Avenue, Hillside, was arrested July 27 at Kohl's on a charge of retail theft.

Franklin Rodriguez, 43, of the 22000 block of Niagara Trail, was arrested Aug. 3 at Route 59 and Hazelcrest on charges of DUI, illegal use of a cellphone while driving, speeding and improper lane use.

Humberto J. Martinez, 24, of the 20000 block of Ardmore Circle, was arrested Aug. 9 in the 23000 block of 135th Street on charges of criminal damage to property under $150 by means of fire or explosive and reckless conduct.
