Temp Agency Flasher Jailed: Cops

A Plainfield man who exposed himself to a woman at a Cass Street temp agency was apprehended and jailed, police said.

Joseph McCloud, 25, was arrested Wednesday night on charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct.

McCloud was wanted in connection with an alleged July incident at Elite Staffing on Cass. According to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court, he “placed his hand on his exposed penis in the presence” of a 30-year-old woman at the temp agency.

McCloud needed only $500 to bail himself out of the Will County jail but remained in custody Thursday morning.
