Trick Or Treat, Mother Nature: Halloween Forecast For Plainfield

Are we in for rain or shine this Halloween? Check out the latest Plainfield trick-or-treating weather forecast.

PLAINFIELD, IL — Before the town’s cutest witches and goblins take to Plainfield streets in search of Halloween’s sweetest bounty, it’s a good idea for parents to check out what Mother Nature has in store for our community’s annual trick-or-treating festivities.

Trick-or-treating in Plainfield is planned from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31. Considering the event is just days away, there’s a good chance we might luck out when it comes to the weather.

As you head out on Sunday evening, expect a high of 56, a low of 37 and a 12 percent chance of rain. As the weather in the area has been rather wet recently, you might want to plan ahead and bring an extra umbrella for the neighborhood trek in case the rain decides to pour.
