"At the foresaid time and place, the plaintiff Kristi Avery was conducting herself peaceably at the aforementioned location when the aforementioned pit bull attacked (her) without provocation, biting Plaintiff about the body, causing Plaintiff injury and damage," Vrdolyak Law attorney Daniel Alholm states.
The civil suit accuses the defendant of failing to control or restrain her pit bull to prevent Avery from being injured, failing to warn Avery of the dog at her premises and failing to keep the dog safely harbored.
