Elderly Pedestrian Hit, Killed By Car In Crest Hill
The man was pronounced dead early Monday at St. Joe's hospital.
CREST HILL, IL — A 79-year-old Crest Hill man died early Monday after he was struck by a vehicle, the Will County Coroner's office said. Officials identified the man as Juvencio Hernandez, a pedestrian who was struck while he was walking near McGilvray Drive and Weber Road.
Hernandez was pronounced dead at the Amita/Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center emergency room at 12:17 am. Monday.
Crest Hill police are investigating the incident.
