Romeoville Man Masturbated in Front of Children at Park Splash Pad: Cops
The man was allegedly in his parked car "with children visibly playing" at the splash pad.
A Romeoville man allegedly masturbated in his car while it was parked in sight of children playing at the Boucher Prairie Park splash pad.
Clemencio Pardo, 48, pleasured himself in his Nissan Altima on July 18, according to a criminal complaint filed Tuesday in Will County court.
Pardo remains at large. He faces two counts of disorderly conduct.
