Romeoville's Marriott TownePlace Suites Opening Soon

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Marriott TownePlace Suites will open its doors in Romeoville in February, Village Administrator Dawn Caldwell said.

First approved by the Romeoville Village Board in 2023, the hotel will offer 111 rooms, a pool, fitness center and large lobby. Ground was then broken on the project at the end of 2023.

The four-story building is nearing completion at the northeast corner of Weber Road and Windham Parkway, according to the Village.

Marriott operates several of its TownePlace Suites business models in the Chicago area, including in Joliet and Minooka.
