Life Time Fitness in Romeoville is inviting the public to drop in between 9 a.m. and noon Aug. 24 and swim a mile. Members 12 and up can join the swim a mile club. The event is free and all participants will receive a complimentary shampoo, blow dry and style on the day of the event as well as 25% off any Signature Service through Sept. 30 at the Life Spa.
