These Romeoville Businesses Shut Or Opened Their Doors In 2018

We lost our Target and Sam's Club, but gained Bee Brothers and a new Metra station.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — It's been a big year for businesses and restaurants in Romeoville, with some cutting ribbons and other shutting their doors for good. The village lost its Target and Sam's Club amidst a series of nationwide closures, but saw a new Toyota dealership and a slew of new restaurants pop up in their place. Okay, not literally in their place, but nearby. Romeoville also got a new Metra station, the first new stop on the transit service's Heritage Corridor since 1984.
