Trash, Recycling Pick-up Delayed For Thanksgiving: Romeoville

All waste normal collection on or following Thursday this week will be delayed for one day.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — There will be no waste collection in Romeoville on Thanksgiving day. Residents who typically have Thursday trash pick-up will have their service delayed until Friday. Following Thanksgiving, all regular trash collection will likewise be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week. Romeoville and Plainfield both rely on waste disposal company Waste Management for their garbage and recycling services. The company's website states that, "if your service day falls on or follows [an] observed holiday, your service will be delayed by one day for that week only."
