Drunken Joliet Man Tries Picking Fights in East Side Bar, Gets in Fight With Cops Instead: Police
The man couldn't get anyone to fight him until the cops showed up, police said.

A drunken Joliet man looking for a barfight found one when the cops showed up, police said.
Jaime Tovar-Silva, 24, was “highly intoxicated” when officers arrived at Los Diaz bar on Meeker Avenue about 8 p.m. Monday, police said.
Bar staff reportedly called the cops because Tovar-Silva was belligerent and trying to pick fights. He allegedly made do with the cops, punching them and kicking them, and then resisting when they were putting him into handcuffs.
