JOLIET, IL — The Joliet police arrested these people. After they were arrested, they were booked into the Will County jail.
- Johnny Lyles, 25, of Joliet was arrested on a charge of theft.
- David Page, 47, of Joliet was arrested on charges of identity theft, possession of a lost credit or debit card, and burglary.
