Joliet Man Exposed Himself to Woman at Cass St. Temp Agency: Cops

A Joliet man exposed himself to a woman at a Cass Street temp agency, police said.

Joseph McCloud, 25, faces charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct in connection with the alleged incident at Elite Staffing.

McCloud “placed his hand on his exposed penis in the presence of” a 30-year-old woman at the temp agency on Tuesday, according to a criminal complaint filed in Will County court.

The warrant for McCloud’s arrest carries a $5,000 bond.
