A Joliet man called 911 about 10 times over the course of a few minutes and lied about a mob of gun-toting drug dealers because he doesn’t care for his neighbors, police said.
Douglas Olson, 54, was jailed on a charge of disorderly conduct in connection with his alleged repeated dialing of the city’s emergency dispatch center late Wednesday night.
Olson claimed a group armed with .45-caliber handguns was standing around a car outside his North Raynor Avenue home and selling drugs, according to police, who said there was no such group.
