Joliet Man Kept Getting Caught on Video Vandalizing Ex-Girlfriend's Car: Cops

The ex-girlfriend's father's surveillance camera caught two incidents, police said, and the camera at her job got the other.

Surveillance video captured a Joliet man vandalizing his ex-girlfriend’s car three times in less than four weeks, police said.

Joseph Baker, 23, was reportedly arrested when he came down to the police station Monday evening to speak with detectives about the alleged vandalism.

Baker was caught on surveillance video damaging his 21-year-old ex-girlfriend’s Chevy Cobalt while it was parked outside her Delrose Street home, police said. One alleged incident occurred on July 24 and the other was Aug. 16.
