Perv Exposed Himself To Basketball-Playing Kids, Told Them To Go Back To Chicago: Cops

JOLIET, IL — A Lockport perv exposed himself to three young kids who were playing basketball outside their home, police said.

Patrick Thorne, 35, also yelled at the children, telling them to go back to Chicago, according to police.

The father of the three boys was sitting on the front porch of his North Center Street home Tuesday afternoon and watching them play basketball when Thorne rolled up on a bicycle, pulled off his sweatshirt and dropped his trousers, exposing his penis, police said.

Thorne then shouted at the children, police said, telling them to go back to Chicago.

The children are reportedly 5, 7 and 9.

After exposing himself, Thorne pedaled away, according to police, who did not specify whether Thorne pulled his pants back up before leaving,

The cops reportedly tracked Thorne down a short time later, police said, finding him behind the Wendy’s at Center and Jefferson streets.

Thorne was arrested on charges of lewd conduct and disorderly conduct. He was released on his own recognizance.
