Trinity Christian School Wins Joliet West Math Competition
Trinity Christian Students Take 1st Place Overall at the Joliet West High School Mid High Math Competition.
Congratulations to the junior high math team from Trinity Christian School in Shorewood, IL who won first place overall at Joliet West High School’s Mu Alpha Theta Mid High Math Competition.
Seven area junior high schools competed in a variety of algebra and geometry content categories.

The Trinity students placed first in the competition, with some of the highest scores seen in recent years, according to competition organizers.

In addition to placing first overall, the team also received 1st place awards in the following categories: 8th grade Literal Equations, 8th grade Linear Inequalities, 7th grade Sigma, and 7th grade Square Roots.
Trinity Christian 7th grade students received additional third place awards in Statistics and Group.
