Popular Late Night Food Stand Moving Into Skokie: Report
RedHot Ranch, one of Chicago's most popular late-night eateries, is on its way to Skokie next month.
SKOKIE, IL — One of Chicago's most popular late-night food stands known for its hotdogs and burgers, RedHot Ranch, is moving into Skokie.
RedHot Ranch's owner Jeff Greenfield told Eater Chicago the restaurant will share a venue in Skokie with Oberwies Dairy, an ice cream chain. The Skokie community will be able to find the popular eatery at 4811 Dempster St. at the space formerly occupied by That Burger Joint.
RedHot Skokie will feature the same menu as its Bucktown, Lakeview and Bridgeport locations, adding a brand-new Alaskan cod sandwich. The Skokie location is looking to open up in August and will stay open until midnight.
