The water main break on Feb. 14 shuttered roads and schools and triggered a boil water order as significant flooding took over the area. Several businesses, including Westfield Old Orchard mall, were affected by the disaster.
Though residential properties are not eligible for disaster relief through the SBA loan program, village officials said efforts to directly support impacted residents will continue.
