Shots Fired Incident In Skokie Under Investigation

Skokie police are still investigating a shots fired incident on Kirk Street in Skokie.

SKOKIE, IL — A shots fired incident at the 4900 block of Kirk Street in Skokie on April 11 is still under investigation, according to Eric Swaback, public information officer for the Skokie Police Department. As of Friday, Swaback said no one has been charged in connection with the incident.

Officers responded to the scene after a report of shots fired at 8:35 p.m., according to police. Upon arrival, Swaback said officers were unable to recover a weapon and no victim was found.
