William Sheldon “Bill” Shapiro, Loving husband of 71 years to Sylvia Shapiro. Beloved father of Irv and Lynn Shapiro, Judy and Chaim Salinger and Cindy and David Pogrund. Proud grandfather of Tova and Michael Perl, Rocky and Myles Brody, Sammy and Debbie Shapiro, Aaron and Mirit Shapiro, Brian and Hannah Pogrund, Emily and Chaim Safier, Bracha and Levy Zussman, Dovid and Sarala Salinger, Chani and Yakov Nathan, Shimon and Nomi Gila Salinger, Miri and Gershon Goldman, Moshe and Batsheva Salinger and Yakov and Tova Salinger. Cherished great grandfather of 59. Fond brother-in-law of Sheila and the late Burt Stein and the late Stanley and Lenore Stein.
