CHICAGO — Enjoy the joyful Tree-A-Palooza on Saturday, Sept. 27, presented by the Greater Chatham Initiative. The free festival runs from noon to 4 p.m. at Mahalia Jackson Court, 1 East 79th St., Chicago.
