Employee volunteers from Mondelēz International’s Chicago biscuit bakery are helping local students return to the classroom by hosting a back-to-school drive in support of Tarkington Elementary School and for the recent Back to School Picnic at Hayes Park hosted by the office of Alderman Curtis.

Mondelēz team members collected backpacks, folders, pencils, and other school supplies to help students get ready to return to the classroom this fall. Employee volunteers were proud to help support the community where many of them went to school and where many of their children are currently receiving an education.

Mondelēz International is a snacking powerhouse with an iconic brand portfolio, including favorite Nabisco cookies and crackers, and has been a proud part of the South Side community for more than 60 years.
