Motorist Shot, Dies on I-57 Monday Night [UPDATE]
State Police respond to yet another expressway shooting.

A motorist reportedly was shot in the head Monday night and drove onto Interstate 57 near 111th Street on Chicago's South Side, according to State Police. A man was struck by gunfire after someone in a vehicle shot at his minivan around 8:30 p.m on a city street parallel to the interstate.
The man then drove onto the interstate, where he died and his minivan rolled into a grassy embankment.
All northbound lanes of I-57 were closed at 127th Street for several hours while State Police and Chicago Police investigated.
