Chicago police search for answers after a 3-month-old baby boy found "unresponsive" on the South Side.

CHICAGO — Chicago police are searching for answers after a three-month baby boy was found unresponsive in a home Thursday morning, news reports say.
Around 7 a.m., officers went to the 2400 block of South Troy Avenue in Chicago’s Brighton Park neighborhood for a report of an unresponsive infant. The baby was immediately transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The child was identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner as Martin Lane, 3 months. The cause and manner of death are pending.
