Photo Released Of Man Sought For Performing Lewd Acts Near School Bus Stop: Police
The man stuck his tongue out at children waiting for the school bus while performing lewd acts in Heart of Chicago, police said.

CHICAGO — Police are alerting residents of two acts of public indecency that happened in Chicago’s Heart of Italy neighborhood in the 10th Chicago Police District.
A group of children were waiting for the school bus just before 7 a.m. in the 2000 block of 23rd Street, on May 1 and May 2. The man was standing across the street and stuck his tongue out to get the children’s attention while performing lewd acts, Chicago police said.
The man is a white Hispanic, heavy set, and short dark hair. He was wearing a red jacket. Chicago police also released a surveillance image of a person of interest.
