Coffey and Rosenthal Host Holiday Drive with Toys for Tots

State Representatives Mike Coffey (R-Springfield) and Wayne Rosenthal (R-Morrisonville) are helping children for Christmas.

Springfield, IL…State Representatives Mike Coffey (R-Springfield) and Wayne Rosenthal (R-Morrisonville) are taking the initiative to help children in need this holiday season. From now until December 20th, new unwrapped toys will be collected at their district office in Springfield. Pick-up requests can also be made by contacting their office.

“Children deserve to have a special Christmas, and the excitement of unwrapping gifts is one thing they always remember,” said Coffey. “We are collecting gifts to put a smile on a child’s face and let them know that someone is thinking of them on Christmas.”

“Toys for Tots is an excellent program run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, and we want to help them achieve their goals this year,” said Rosenthal. “A small gift can make Christmas special for children in need and I’m grateful to contribute to a great cause.”
