Armed Carjacking At 7-Eleven In Tinley Park: Police
The incident happened at a 7-Eleven at 159th Street and 76th Avenue, police said.
TINLEY PARK, IL — Tinley Park police are investigating late Sunday after a car was stolen at gunpoint outside a convenience store.
The carjacking happened at approximately 9 p.m. at the 7-Eleven, 159th and 76th Avenue, police said. A man in a ski mask armed with a handgun stole a Ford Edge, police said.
The suspect fled eastbound from the area, police said. No one was injured.
