December Water Bill Due Date Extended For Tinley Park Residents

TINLEY PARK, IL — Residents have a glitch to thank for extra days they have to pay December's water bill, according to the village. A technical problem with Tinley Park's website over the Christmas weekend prevented water bills from being paid, so village officials are extending the deadline this month.

December water bill payments must now be received by Thursday, Dec. 28. The previous deadline for water bills had been Tuesday, Dec. 26.

Bills can be paid online after registering at Tinley Park's utility payment website. Residents with issues using the site can check out the village's FAQ page or send any questions they have via email to esupport@tinleypark.org.

Residents can make payments by mailing them in the envelopes provided with their bills. They also can drop off payments in person at Village Hall, 16250 Oak Park Ave., and the Tinley Park Police Department, 7850 183rd St. A payment dropbox is available at the Village Hall, and the police department is open around the clock.
