Flurry Artisan Market Back At Tinley Park Brewery July 14
The market will be held at Hailstorm Brewing on Sunday, July 14. New artists and new beer slushies are featured.

TINLEY PARK, IL — Fan favorite Flurry Artisan Market is set to return to Hailstorm Brewing in Tinley Park on July 14, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event, curated by the Streetz Artz Alliance, promises a fresh mix of artists alongside beloved favorites. The market will be held rain or shine, both indoors and outdoors, showcasing over 40 talented artisans.
"I feel like Hailstorm has been getting better and better every time we host a show here," said John E. Streetz, head of the Streetz Artz Alliance. "Maybe it's the unique mix of artists at every show, the delicious craft beverages available from the brewery, or the amazing sandwiches and wings from Scratch Kitchen. Whatever it is, I hope the local patrons come out for this one again and bring all of their friends this time!"
The Flurry Artisan Market, held at Hailstorm at 8060 186th St., will feature 41 artists, including 15 who are new to this venue. Attendees can explore an array of original items, perfect for gift-giving or personal enjoyment.

"With over 35% of the artists being brand new to this venue, I am confident the patrons will be excited to see new items, brand new art, and original one-of-a-kind pieces," Streetz said.
The Streetz Artz Alliance, consisting of 350 artists and crafters from across the Chicago suburbs, NW Indiana, and southern Wisconsin, is dedicated to promoting local artists and fostering community engagement through art-centric events.

Recently tapped at the brewery is the Strawberry Summer, a refreshing strawberry lemon Kolsch with a hint of lemon. This 5.2% ABV beverage is available on draft or in 4-packs to go. Additionally, Hailstorm Brewing has upgraded their beer slushie machine, now offering two summer flavors: Raspberry Peach Beer-lini, a frozen sour ale inspired by a bellini (4.7% ABV), and Orange Cream-cicle, a frozen sour ale with orange and vanilla (4.7% ABV). The Scratch Made Kitchen's seasonal menu includes favorites like the Cubano sandwich, Pretzel Sticks, and CB Smoked Chicken Wings. For a current listing of food items, visit their website.
Among artists new to the venue are Nethercrafts, MPN3D, Dye the Day Away, Crafty Creations, Kraftasaurous Kreations, Grandma Dan's Cookies, Just Craftin Around, Flowering Fields Designs, Katie’s Clips, CattyCraftStudio, MyKookieJar, Deb Snow Humiston Photography, Jessie Rose Author, Stray Ghost, and HappyScapes Art. These additions to the curated market bring a diverse range of talents, including an author, original artists, children's accessories maker, resin crafters, photographer, cookie connoisseur, shadow box specialist, and tumbler artist.
New vendor Nethercrafts, owned by Luke Gerace, is a queer art shop that seamlessly blends the cute and the macabre in their resin works. From jewelry and Talking Boards to custom resin sculptures, Nethercrafts welcomes custom requests, ensuring each piece is as unique as its owner.

Melissa Hamilton’s Dye the Day Away is a must-visit for those looking to make a bold statement with their wardrobe. Each tie-dye piece is meticulously crafted with a passion for color and innovation. Melissa’s wearable art transforms classic designs with new patterns and vibrant colors, ensuring that every item is one-of-a-kind.
Many participating artists support local and national charities, including the Northern Illinois Food Bank, CFVC, Wanna Help Charities, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Delta Gamma Sorority's philanthropic efforts, and the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. Contributions have also been made to organizations such as the National Runaway Safeline, Foster Love, Operation Warm, and the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF).
