Giant Flooring, Decoration Warehouse And Store Opens In Tinley Park

TINLEY PARK, IL — A new flooring and decoration store opened Tuesday in Tinley Park, officials said, and customers will have the opportunity to win $5,000 during its opening week.

Floor & Decor, an Atlanta-based company, is open at 7061 West 159th Street. The warehouse with design studios, decorative materials and hardwood flooring now has ten locations throughout Chicagoland.

During opening week, customers are invited to register for a $5,000 floor makeover sweepstakes. Registration for the in-store gift card ends May 30.

"Floor & Decor is excited to open a store in Tinley Park," wrote Bill Morrow, an executive for the Tinley Park location, in a press release. "We are eager to introduce both Professional customers, as well as Homeowners, to our one-stop solution for their flooring needs..."

All professional customers are invited to reach out to Morrow and his team to schedule a tour of the 70,000 square-foot warehouse and register to win prizes and samples.

"It is very important to us to build relationships with our local professionals. Their success is our success," Morrow said.

Over 50 full time and part time workers will populate the store, which will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
