Lubin Vistal Masibay, Sr. of Tinley Park, IL passed peacefully on October 5, 2023. He was born in the Philippines on November 1, 1940.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Igmedia "Medy" Masibay; his children Roxanne "Bambi" Masibay and Lubin "Juni" (Angela) Masibay, Jr.; his sisters Emma (Fred) Kellner, Marlene (Rolando) Alejos and Grace Masibay and his granddaughter Maya.
Lubin graduated from Far Eastern University in the Philippines with a degree in accounting. He worked at the University of Illinois in Chicago for 30 years.

He loved playing golf, watching tennis matches and Jeopardy, and spending time with family.
Visitation Tuesday, October 10th from 3PM until 8PM .

Chapel prayers on Wednesday, October 11, 9AM at the KERRY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CARE CENTER, 7020 W. 127th Street, Palos Heights. proceeding to Saint Stephen & Deacon Martyr Church, 8400 W. 175th Street, Tinley Park, Mass 10AM.
Interment Good Shepherd Cemetery, Orland Park.
