Pedestrian Struck On I-80 West Near Tinley Park: State Police
The pedestrian was hit Tuesday just before 10:30 a.m., authorities said.
TINLEY PARK, IL — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Tuesday morning on I-80 West near Tinley Park, Illinois State Police said.
The incident happened just before 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, state police said. Traffic is being diverted off I-80, onto Harlem Avenue northbound, authorities said.
The pedestrian was taken to an area hospital with injuries. The extent of their injuries was not known as of 12:30 p.m.
