St. Mary Catholic School Inducts National Junior Honor Society Members
St. Mary celebrated the newest members of the National Junior Honor Society during Mass among students, faculty and staff, and families.

(Mokena) St. Mary Catholic School celebrated a special Mass recognizing the newest inductees into the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) and honoring students who demonstrate excellence in scholarship, leadership, character, service, and citizenship. Among those present were Dr. Michele Engelman, Principal of St. Mary Catholic School, Fr. Joe Gasta, Fr. Welbert Suarez, and Mrs. Tracy Cokinos, NJHS Moderator.
Mrs. Tracy Cokinos shared, “The National Junior Honor Society reflects the values that define St. Mary. We are proud of these students for their dedication to academics, leadership, and service to others. Their example inspires our school community, and I look forward to seeing the many ways they will continue to make a difference as Titans.”
Dr. Michele Engelman added, “Our NJHS members represent the very best of St. Mary Catholic School. Their achievements and character reflect the faith-filled leadership we strive to cultivate in all our students.”
St. Mary Catholic School proudly recognizes the 2025 National Junior Honor Society inductees: Stefanie Banner, Charlotte Barron, Gabriella Benkowski, Bridget Biondo, Alia Blum, Nicholas Bowers, June Fulton, Valerie Gleason, Anna Kibbon, Vivienne Pascale, Samantha Perkins, Lillian Reiter, Joseph Sandor, Ryan Schaibley, Elizabeth Schreiber, Emelia Skotnicki, Ethan Thhomas, Dawid Walkisz, and Charleigh Widelski.
