Student Of The Week: Madalyn Napoli
This middle schooler has been a straight A student since grade six. She's also a member of the National Junior Honor Society.

TINLEY PARK, IL — Students of all ages undergo stress, pressure and growth during their academic careers. Patch wants to highlight students in your community that have shown strength and courage during stressful learning situations amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
This week, Patch is recognizing the hard work and dedication of Madalyn Napoli, an 8th grader at Grissom Middle School.
Napoli is a member of the National Junior Honors Society and has had straight A's since grade six. She is passionate about soccer at her school and is involved in a soccer club.

Napoli has shaved her hair off at St. Baldrick's two times, once in fifth grade and again in grade six. Madalyn was nominated as student of the week by her mother, Kate Napoli.
"My daughter has been a hard worker her whole life. She always pushes herself for everything, soccer and school. She makes me proud every day and I want other people to know how proud I am of her," Kate said.
