Josh should be featured as a star for so many reasons! He is an outstanding student and a well-rounded, kind person. He is excelling in all of his honors and AP classes. He is the most driven teenager that I have met and has his life trajectory planned out, which includes going to medical school to become a trauma surgeon!
He was nominated for and invited to attend the Future Physicians' Medical Leaders conference in Boston last summer and invited back this summer as an alumnus. After the conference last year, he completed his 1st college course (at 15) and received an A. Also, he was inducted into the Torch and Laurel honor society as a Sophomore.
In addition to Academics, he is also involved in the Key Club, volunteering to pack food for local food pantries. He is an active member of the Sophomore leadership club, where they were featured on CBS for collecting donated goods for April Food Day.
Josh is also a member of the student council and volunteers his time during his free period in school to assist in the office. In addition, he has been on the competitive Boys Swim team at school for the last 2 years.
