‘WHORE’ Scrawled on Tinley Park Woman’s Front Door: Cops

TINLEY PARK, IL — A Tinley Park woman came home from a night out to find the word “WHORE” painted on her front door, police said.

The 28-year-old woman discovered the vandalism when she returned home from having drinks with a friend shortly before 4 a.m. Aug. 25, police said.

The door was reportedly unmarred when she left for work the day before.

The woman was “unsure of anyone that would do this due to her recently moving” to the 163rd Court residence, police said.

The woman was reportedly “able to remove the writing with soap and water with no permanent damage.”
