Win Prizes When You "Tee It Up" In The Chicago Southland!

Olympia Fields, Ill. – (April 21, 2023) The Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau (CSCVB) has launched “Tee It Up”, a new program that aims to reward users for visiting local golf courses.

The passport is a free program that any user can sign up for. With 32 courses included within the passport, it showcases the best of the Chicago Southland in an easy, mobile-friendly way.

“This is our second passport campaign this year, ‘Savor The Southland’ was such a big hit we decided to launch ‘Tee It Up’ to continue encouraging both visitors and locals alike to enjoy even more of the wonderful activities the Chicago Southland has to offer,” said CSCVB President/CEO Jim Garrett.

Conversations around enhancing local business visits led the CSCVB to reach out to a well-known technology company in the travel space, Bandwango. Bandwango technology is designed to support free and paid experiences created by destinations and marketed to visitors and locals.

Guests can visit a dedicated mobile passport (www.visitchicagosouthland.com/tee-it-up) where they can sign-up for “Tee It Up” by providing their name, e-mail address and mobile phone number. A link is then sent to their mobile phone, which opens the passport and directs the user to add the button icon to their home screen, where they can access it any time. There is never anything to download and no bulky apps take up space on a user’s phone.

Guests earn 100 points for non-member course check-in’s and 200 points for every member course check-in. Users can redeem every 300 points earned for an entry in the sweepstakes for two one-day ground passes to the 2023 BMW Championship at Olympia Fields Country Club August 15-20. So, the more you play, the more entries you’ll earn to win the free passes!
