Cohen Brothers Judo athletes make Pan American Team
Cohen Brothers Judokas earn the opportunity to represent Team USA in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
Over the past year Cohen Brothers Judo athletes have competed all over the country to accumulate points in their respected Age and Weight class to climb the ladder to be in the top four of the country. By doing this these athletes have earned the right to compete for Team USA in the Infantile (U13 & U15) Pan American Judo Championships in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic on November 12-13
Athletes who are ranked in the top 4 by USA Judo and earned a birth on Team USA are:
Klara Babjak - 31kg - Ranked #1 in USA

Dominic Demarco - 28kg - Ranked #2 in USA

Jayme Cohen - 31kg - Ranked #3 in USA
Alex Shvartsman - 38kg - Ranked #1 in USA

Robert Suvi - 36kg - Ranked #3 in USA
Vincent Demarco - 36kg - Ranked #4 in USA
Valentin Vihrov - 48kg - Ranked #3 in USA
With over 100 athletes in the Judo club this would not be possible without the great training partners all the kids have to work with. The coaching staff consists of Olympians, Olympic Coaches, National Champions and National Team Members.
We look forward to bringing our team to Texas for 2 competitions at the end of November to continue to develop champions in life and champions in Judo.
