Yes, there is indeed a day for everything.Β
But, as we all know, avoiding bad breath is important β that is, unless your goal is to keep people at a safe distance. Then, by all means, rock on with your "bad breath" self.Β
All joking aside,Β WebMDΒ offers some tips on how to avoid β and get rid of β bad breath.
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.Β
- Avoid drinking too much coffee.
- Don't drink too much alcohol.Β
- Don't smoke.Β
- Chew sugarless gum, which WebMD says can help reduce cavities, too.
- Use sugar-free mints in moderation, and avoid sugary mints.
