High School, College Students Invited to Legislative Summit
Learn about the legislative process from Rep. Carol Sente's summer interns.
Young adults in the 59th District are invited to discuss important issues and share their own ideas for future legislation at a legislative summit from 6-7:30 p.m. July 31 at the Vernon Area Public Library.
The event will be coordinated by Rep. Carol Sente's summer interns.
"I hope that they will have the opportunity to share their experiences working in a state office with other young adults who attend, in addition to listening to their peer's perspectives on how we can improve our state,” Sente said in a Patch blog posted by her office.
