Schools Sponsor Forum on Understanding Teens
This free program will be held Wednesday night at Stevenson High School.

A free program, "Parenting Your Teenager," will be presented at Stevenson High School from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, May 8.
The program will break down complex concepts regarding adolescents, substance abuse, mental health issues, and risk factors in a succinct, relatable way.
Parents of students in Districts 128, 125 and 214 are welcome to attend along with any interested community members.

The program will be presented by Joseph Lee, MD, ABAM, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist/Adolescent Addiction Specialist at the Hazelden youth facility in Plymouth, Minn.

Dr. Lee has appeared on The Dr. Oz Show, as well as CNBC's Crime Inc. He serves as a spokesperson for the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and is the author of Recovering My Kid: Parenting Young Adults in Treatment and Beyond.
