Update:

Police believe Francke, of Antioch, was a customer of two Chicago men who were forcing a woman to work as a prostitute, reported the Daily Herald.

The men, who were charged with human trafficking/involuntary servitude, promoting prostitution and money laundering, were stopped while driving  through Mundelein with the woman on April 3 after a police officer noticed their headlights were off, according to the Daily Herald.

Police learned the men were driving the woman, who was not charged, to Antioch to force her to have sex, reported the Lake County News-Sun.
