Two charged with DUI in separate incidents in Vernon Hills
One man hit a tree while reportedly intoxicated

Two men were arrested for driving under the influence in Vernon Hills late last month, according to police records and the Vernon Hills Review.
Luis Aguilar crashed his vehicle into a tree near Greenleaf Drive and Indianwood Drive on October 29. The 20-year-old Vernon Hills man had a suspended license, and he did not have insurance.
Jaime Barragan-Diaz, a 23-year-old from Mundelein, was reportedly swerving from side to side while driving near Townline Road and Aspen Drive on October 29. Barragan-Diaz did not have a valid driver's license at the time of his arrest.

Both men have court dates set for later this month. The men were charged with crimes, but this is not a determination of guilt.
