North Central College celebrated its 148th commencement on June 8 by conferring degrees on 732 students. Of those students, 628 received bachelor degrees and 104 earned master degrees.
Vernon Hills resident Margaret Foley was among those who earned a bachelor's degree.
Founded in 1861, North Central College is an independent, comprehensive college of the liberal arts and sciences that offers more than 55 undergraduate majors and graduate programming in seven areas.
