Governor JB Pritzker has announced that all entities covered by the Illinois Flag Display Act are to fly the US and State flags at half-staff from sunrise January 4 to sunset January 6 to honor Chicago Fire Department Firefighter/EMT MaShawn Plummer, who died after being injured in a rescue operation December 16.
