The Vernon Hills Public Works Department will be conducting a prescribed burn at Harvey Lake on Sunday, December 19th, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (weather permitting). The prescribed burn is necessary to control invasive plant species on the property. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Public Works office at 847-367-3726.
